R-1 – Nonimmigrant Religious Workers

PURPOSE

Allows religious workers to come to the U.S. to work in religious capacities for a religious organization.

HOW

Requires that the applicant has been a member of the religious denomination for at least 2 years and will work in a religious occupation.
